No that is the USAS 12.

yes it does exist its actual name is the Strike made by south africa. the DOA part comes from the trigger. also the jackhammer is a real auto shoty, and theres another one thats made by china called the USAS 12

That's because there is no DAO-12 shotgun, in reality it's called the Striker-12.

I remmember tear gas shooting gun has a similar model like that one...
