    Giving orders to lone wolves

I always thought that i could not give orders unless people joined squads, but i am pretty sure i was able to give lone wolves orders just by clicking on them till they are white like a selected squad and then just right clicking an order. So give it a try commanders...

There is a reason why they are called Lone Wolf.

Yep. True. I play Lone Wolf 90% of the time and i wouldn't take kind to receiving orders if i was playing Lone Wolf.........

You would want to know if an enemy was capping a flag you were near or at least i would let you know. heh
People just forget to join squads sometimes, and this tip is not for the lone wolves, but for commanders who would like to know.

..what? I'd know if an enemy was capping a flag because it would go neutral. And this tip is not for lone wolves? Better check the name of your thread homeboy.

I'll clarify. As someone that does not like to be with a squad 3/4 of the time, I would be considered a lone wolf. As a lone wolf, I don't need or want a commander to give me orders. Not only is the voice of a commander/squad leader shouting lame orders annoying, it interfers with my hearing when trying to cap flags/survey an area.

          Edit # 6

          I'm speaking for MYSELF here.

Yes, lame orders are part of the game. So are people like myself that do not want to hear them. Yes, I can say negative, and 99% of the time the same orders are sent to me 10 seconds later. Do you see how this could get old?

If you dont want orders you can say negative and that will clarify the situation. I will not assume that every player who is a lone wolf is not wanting to hear orders. Its part of the game.

lone wolves don't help the team much. I like the servers that make players join squads within a certain amount of time, or they have to leave. that's a good thing.

I hear you, I think this will be most usefull if a lone wolf is about to get arty on his head, now commanders at least can give them a warning, and avoid negative teamwork score.

If I'm going Lone Wolf, I just go as a Squad Leader just in case the commander has anything for me. Sniper support can be useful sometimes.

I hat lone wolfs when I am the commander. You arty an area, they run in and get killed and the punish you.

Hey dumbasses, if you were in a squad, even if it was by yourself, I could easily tell you that I am dropping arty.

The only time lone wolf makes sense is if you are going to fly around in the plane the whole time.

Other than that it is better to be in a squad, even if it is by yourself. Even as Spec Ops, you can request supply drops.
