i now have this prob;em, please post a solution, what you people doing rite that havnt got this error?
and i havnt activated surrounding terrain or anything like that.

Did you try changing your graphics to medium?

yeah that seems to work. However if EA doesn't fix this with the new PATCH. I shall never buy anymore games from them.

If changing the graphics to medium works, then there is a serious bug in the game or the editor, since not everyone can run this game on medium settings...

Yeah I know what you mean Frinkahedron. Its pretty bad but it worked. And its not everything that has to be on medium. Only some do. Which ones im not sure.

another thing.
you doin't have to pack the level when testing locally
only when you want to run it on a server and give it to people you pack it.
And yes maps work on 1.02.

anyways im already running my graphics on high/ medium.

it's just terrain that needs to be set to medium, i've run with everything else low/terrain medium = fine, everything medium/terrain medium = fine, everything medium/terrain low = ctd. and i'm on a 2500+/1.5 ram/9600 pro. now i'm off to figure out how to make land actually level and how to stop this...

Notice those squares in the terrain? Why do they show through the textures? I experience the same thing on my maps. Any suggestions?

i can't rum i medium i'm running Radeon 128mb 9200

This just in - you ONLY need the Terrain to be on medium. All the rest can be on low.
