You dont HAVE TO HAVE a joystick. I am able to kil almost any pilot I come across for 2 month now and I use mouse and keyboard. Problem is once you screw up with mouse and keyboard the first few times you tend to blame it on the equpiment. But unless you already have a joystick just get your mouse sensitivity up a bit and you can dogfight just as well.
Btw, that link you gave, they labeled the J10 Su30, there is huge difference between the two, may confuse some newbies.
If you are purely flying, get the medic kit so you can heal if you went off bound of map for too long, some newbies like to fly out of map just so he can shake you using the damage, well if you are medic and hes not hes gonna die first.Comment

sure its possible, take them with you on a few test flights, tell them what you do before you do, and then fly with them aand give them pointers. Like I said I'd be glad to meet up with people online and fly around with them.
Surprised you guys liked the guide tho, lol! Thnx!
But in my opinion, once you get a joystick, it is ALOT easier and it makes it much more fun...just my opinion.
Oh and I know that there are typos, its still a little beta version of the guide, I have quite a bit to add, but I'll be sure to post it once its done, probably wont be the best but hell, I'm not one to write guides unless I really care to
haha.
the updates will include being a co-pilot, better tips to learn how to land, and alot of map strategy. In time I'll add in a chopper guide with this one...so like I said, give me time haha

Re: Any good jet pilots giving lessons?
an even better way i think would be if you used BF2Recorder to film some of your moves. I read about a few dogfight jet maneuvers, like the break, scissors, emelman, etc but reading about them doesn't really help too much. i need to see them performed in combat.Comment
