To add to the list:
Give an option to disable those annoying American voice messages "we're losing this battle start fighting or I'll find someone who can", christ that one happens every 30 seconds and drives me insane.
Reposition spawn locations slightly if someone is sitting in a tank and staring directly at a spawn loc. That one certainly sucks to be the victim of. This should also apply so that if your in a tank etc some random dude can't just materialize beside of you and plant c4's then detonate.
I'm not sure if this is already possible but, give an option to change the colour of vehicle huds. At my current gamma setting, whilst flying a plane in dragon valley etc I can't even target enemy jets because I don't have a visible hud.

Give gp-30's and m203's greater splash damage. How many time's have you been face to face with someone and they just launch a grenade between 20 cms of space between you and they live.
Fix the spec-ops kit so that the c4 doesn't lag! As in you quickly throw down a few then right click to detonate but it lags and then you click it again thinking it didn't work, then left click and it instantly throws down another c4, then you finally detonate, kill yourself or your already dead because of all the fuss.
Fix continuous sound loop bugs. Particularly on the G3.
Give APC's a little more torque.
Fix the double reload bug. Sometimes your weapon reloads once then reloads again, with this occuring mostly in life threatening instances it more than always means your a dead man.
Add female character models. :)

Pretty good untill it got to the vehicles and everything past there was dumb. I liked the idea of changing kits from supplies.

One thing i thought of recently. As assault troops have 6 mags, why not keep the 6 mags for the G3, as it would make sense, infact i dont even know why they gave less, it should have the same ammount, if not, even more.

RAGDOLL BANDWIDTH USEAGE

The thing is that if the servers keep perfect track of how ragdolls are posed the bandwidth used is increased by 30%.
If the ragdoll die instantly, don't bother syncronising it.
If the ragdoll is injured just keep track of one coordinate and ignore the arms, legs, head etc...

Have you ever tried garrys mod for HL2 ?
If you force ragdolls to be in sync on both the client and server there is INSTANT lag...

And lagging is a FPS first enemy!!!

Yah, dead ragdolls aren't syncronised, cause one time I got killed and a medic ran over to my dead body. Walked 5 steps past, and tried using his defibulator on the ground... get it? And yah, Garry's Mod MP kinda sucks, always laggy.

Defending the flags closest to the china base is very easy after that because the us hold every tank, apc, AA and car on the map and the blackhawks get the flags that someone has taken his time to capture in the rear.

Too mutch power to transport helis imo.

Actually, if you can get the entire heli filled, you can do that. But one chinese guy is gonna be happy when he scores a direct hit with a tank on a BlackHawk, how many people in a loaded BH? 6? Pwnage...

I think its fine. Lower it and it will suck. Increase it and it will become a sniper rifle.
