Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
Just before I reached the land our plane targeted me, launched a rocket, missed, made a second pass and then shot me down with the guns. Then I punished him.
How did this happen? You're not supposed to be able to target with missles if the person is on your team. You may have punished the guy for having the bug with red tag on teammates.
Waaaaah, don't punish if someone killed you. Maybe if you're going to cry about (omg)lost points, you shouldn't have killed the guy in the first place?
Yes, I know some things can be unjust. I and do forgive for TK's which were resulted from something say like two team members face to face with an enemy. That is so asking for a TK. Especially on crowded maps. But it's also easily understandable and forgiveable. I will not to forgive anyone who shot at me from a distance or repeatedly, if it's a tank or something and I'm at the enemy spawn area, I probably will forgive. Pretty bad firefight and some trigger happy noob walks inside and wastes you? Forgive & caution to use radar, if he continues to do it, punish and the eventual idea will sink in.
My favourite however, are retards who decide to run over mines or claymores and punish. Are stupid spec ops who are trying to C4 a tank when they know it's going to run over the mine. Sadly, dealing with that is part of the game. 99% of the people who do that can eventually be shown the errors of their ways with a messages like 'don't run over my mines you retard, pay attention'
For all the people who whine about TK & Punishment, don't TK. When I was a noob most of my TK's could be contributed to not thinking. I rarely TK now, but yes, sometimes it's unavoidable. And I'm sure everyone has been in one of those situations where the enemy tries to dance around infront of your teammate while at extremely close range.
Of course, all this could also be solved by playing on a server you know. Usually once you make a server your home admins are more willing to accomadate requests for 'no retards allowed'
That said, I would appreciate more poetic forms of justice when dealing with people who TK you due to malice or sheer weight of stupidity.
Like having the punished explode or killed as in other games. People who camp out good vehicles and shoot everyone that goes near are my most detested. If you used the latter method, and just killed him, the vehicle could remain without damage and still serve a useful purpose for your team without having to wait.
For all the detractors, give me a scenario where you could commit a long distance TK and describe how it's not your fault. Try that.
This noob crashed his jet into my helo so I punished him for killing a team member. After we both spawned, he started going ballistic on me saying I crashed into him and so on. So I told him if that was the case, then he would be able punish me rather then the other way around.
Well, I guess that wasn't enough for him so he kept on killing me. I spawned again and he killed me again etc. Idiot boy didn't get that I could punish him every time he does this. He finally got kicked after so many kills. Just wanted to know, was i wrong?
I have found that if you were given the punish option it was probably YOUR fault, i would have repeatedly chased you down also - kicked or not it would have been worth it! Next time dont be so quick with the punish button Ahole.
From the current polls, 67% of people rarley punsih. How sweet. Then why does it seem that i get punished everytime I kill someone? I like to think I am perfect, and dont punish unless its intentional, but I know i dont like it when people do stupid things like drive over me or my mines. We all punish when we are mad, and think that punishing will teach them a lesson. However the amount of punishing in the game is too high. I just like to think we are all excellent gamers that rarely punish.
sometimes, in the heat of battle, stress gets to you and you might not be too forgiving. Hey, if i messed up, I'll admit it. But in this case, I think he deserved it. I mean, all he had to do was apologize. I rarely punish someone when they apoligize. Not only did he not apologize, he kept on killing me when i spawned. WTH! We're were both on the same team....
i was playing on a 64 player karkand server last night. i was support and i was mowing down guys as they exited this one opening. what do my teammates do but run run in front of my gun while i'm shooting. its a bit laggy and i end up killing a few and they punish me. i mean come on, if you see a guy laying there unloading his gun you don't ****ing run right in front of it. and if you do, be a man and don't punish. and if its laggy like it was, tks are inevitable, especially on that map.

take it sleazy
because 90% of the players DON'T use or know about this website???
I punish every1 unless it's my fault or someone mined all the exits from our base, and I had no choice but to blow it up...Im not an ass..tried to be nice but out of 100 ppl I tked only 3 forgave me...next time if you see Dushman TKd you - feel free to punish me cuz I would too....
I feel bad for all of you, in my experience i have only been punished 1 time, allthough i dont get many Tks probably because im a little more patient and try to positivly ID my target first before wailing away at it. I think sometimes people are just trigger happy and see something move and fire. I think i have punished maybe once. I usually dont get too upset about but i have never had any expeiences like the one everyone here is allways talking about, glad i havent been on those servers yet.

I don't know about your instance, but once I was playing on a map and I was flying a jet. I came upon an enemy helo, and I lined up to fire into it and didn't pull up in time and essentially rammed it unintentionally. Well when I died it auto-teamed me onto the other team and I got 2 tkills for it, and the 2 guys in it punished me.
Accidents happen and its not always someones fault. If you punish people, don't be surprised if when they get tkilled they punish back. Some people hunt down punishers and find ways to get tkilled by the punisher, just to get them off the server.

well considering it takes a few seconds sometimes to show their nametag, or people can't tell the difference between uniforms, or are far away and hard to tell, no wonder they are trigger happy.
i know i can't tell the unifroms apart.
several times i have found a teammate whose name does not show up at all.

yea i know it is hard to tell thats why i assume most TKs are unintentional(sp).
I tend to wait for ID but it can get you killed trust me. I wish there was a better way to tell the diference cuz from a distance your teams tag doesnt allways show up.
