SIS only do Athlon mobos, if your graphics card is brand new get an RMA on it and get a different brand. Other than having old drivers there sint much else that can be wrong, as I say some people with that brand of 6600GT have had problems.

Try running dxdiag from start - run and see if you have any reported problems in there.
