I'm assuming you uninstalled your old drivers first?

Do you have a mobo with a SIS chipset on it? My mate had exactly the same card as you and using it on and athlon 754 based system and had major problems. In the end he sent the card back. There are people saying that the 6600GT has problems with the SIS chipset .

Also what do you mean in your sig where you refer to your P4 as 2 cpu's?

I've got Leadtek GF6600GT and it works perfect. No problems after installing newest ForceWare.

How do i found out if I have a SIS chipset and I just tried to reinstall the game and its doing the same thing, and i was also wondering if my display settings for the card were wrong because when i watch videos it does the same thing BF2 does

also i just tried to install splinter cell and after i installed it, it said my video card or drivers might be to old, and i have already downloaded new drivers???
and heres what splinter cell looks like

I had exactly the same issue and my m/b was sis chipset - bought a spanky new intel motherboard and its been fine (and it got me some extra memory slots as well!).
