If anything i'd say blackhawks are too vulnerable rather than too powerful. There very easy to take down.
You can take them down with monuted machine guns, the support SAW, rockets heck i even finished one off once with the shotgun when it was directly above me as it was hovering over a flag.
Even if the blackhawk has 2 engineers in it fixing it constantly it still cant take being fired upon by more than a couple of rockets at once, they get destroyed ALL THE TIME.
