How to take down blackhawk hoes!

alright add your thoughts on how to defeat them, heres mine-

-ANTI TANK! AIM INSIDE THE COPTER! NOT OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!, it takes 2 rockets to kill a heli

-Assualt- DO NOT SHOOT! FIRE 203! , aim for the cockpit!

inside chopper is good, but also on the cockpit, you can kill the pilot this way, and does take some damage on it

wait till its capping the flag (so youre nice n close for those defense points) the pop a TOW into the cabin aiming for the gunners.... if it doeasnt knock it straight out it will pretty much cripple it and kill most of the passangers.

tow's are top notch for blackhawks as the r usually slow flying and you can guide em for ever till it hits ive hit em from 2 bases away on Kubra.

Keep in mind that if you aim for the middle the missle can go through the chopper (and yes I have seen this happen, im sure most have).

i find that C4 on the rooftop of buildings works...

as the blackhawk will be too high to throw C4 on it from the ground, they hover just above roof height.

And then never come down straight above the flag its always off to a side, soon as it goes near your building... boom!

I guess this only works in certain situations however.

Usually i run for the AA gun/van because at that range the rockets CANT miss and two will take it down no problems

Stick C4 to top of flagpole.
Wait for the hawk to hover over flag, then BOOM.
Blackhawk down and six kills in your pocket.
I am trying to do it three times in a row so i get my explosives badge....

I find it funny sometimes when player state they have problems with the Blackhawk. I play Anti tank every night and have no problems either chasing one off or taking it down completely when a sloppy pilot is flying.

The problem with Blackhawks are due to a major part of the player base playing with the Special Ops class and wanting to have an accurate gun that kills quick and using C4 to own everything in 1 hit. Too many players play with the Quake mindset and thinking this is team death match instead of balancing the game and selecting proper classes for a map.

If you want to own any helo in the game, use Anti Tank. The range on the guided rocket is amazing.

Since i play sniper most of the time now i can say it's possible to take the gunner but it happens every 100th shot so dont waste you time...

I aim for the transport compartment and get one or two.


But if am actually anti-tank because im tired of APC's or Tanks then i might guide one at the BH as well...


But the only 90% successful way is to be a gunner in the attack heli.
One tv guided and they are history.
I can clear the sky from two BH's and one AH in the time it takes to reload three guided missiles. (Requires Teamspeak or a likevise constant communication with a friend as the pilot)


For any heli pilot out there that does not know about this...
If you see a blackhawk, have your crosshair 1 - 2 cm ABOVE the blackhawk at range. The gunner will have an easier shot at it because their TV is not aligned with the pilot crosshair.

How do you get it to stick to the flagpole? I had the same idea a few days ago but haven't been able to get it to stick to the pole.

Yeah, i was testing out stuff inside a lan server, and i got into a blackhawk. Then i used my SRAW and hit the roof, blew up immediatly, i think the top of the compartment is it' sweak spot, but it's hard to hit, but yeah, C4 works, especially on maps like Kubra.

How do you get it to stick to the flagpole? I had the same idea a few days ago but haven't been able to get it to stick to the pole.
