I got knifed....100 meters away

I counldn't get a screen shot of this but I know there's a knife hack active here in the Asia EA servers.

In short, i saw my enemy, took a knee, and started firing. The next thing I knew, i died from my enemy's knife. He was about 80-100 meters out. WTH!

I followed his killing spree on my other team mates and it turns out he only used a knife to kill throughout the WHOLE game. Hey! Some are good...but that good? NFW!

Anyone got knifed this way in the N. America servers?

Nope. All good over here. If he is hacking, especially on ranked severs PB will catch him eventually and globally ban him.

Yea. i was on a ranked server. It was one of Asia's EA official severs. His nick was buffaloman. I remembered him a few times. He's this bastard that liked to kill people on his own team due to sheer boredom. I know cause I got shot by him 3 times after being spawn. We vote kicked his butt. But he keeps on coming back...

Hmm, he's ranked 74th overall. He doesn't have an insane number of knife kills either. Are you sure you saw his nametag while firing at him from a distance, or is it possible it could be someone else you were firing at when he knifed you.

seriously! it was him. Cause his nick appeared in my crosshair. I know he's ranked quite high. And if it was a legit kill, then I'm all for it. I don't mind getting fragged by pros. He's even got a veteran knife badge. Thats an arm and a leg to get! Oh well, no use in griping. I'll get the proof...somehow. Thanks all for your comments. :hmm:

Well, it could of been somone behind you. If it was him, then he hacks. Or it's a glitch. Who knows, next time record it or take a screenshot. You can't do anything now but adress EA and Dice with no proof.

I've had a bug where I was credited with kills that I didn't do.

Once time, I got a knife kill when my teammate was the one who killed him! Another time, I had laid C4 along with a buddy defending a flag, and when he blew his C4, I was once again credited with multiple kills. I know this because I detonated my own C4 when the next wave came!

Perhaps this has something to do with it? Another enemy knifed you and he was credited with the kill? I cannot see how a hack could possibly enable a player to knife someone from 100m away...

It be better not to ban the guy but to erase his stats, like they did do the other poor guy!
