I think if anyone gets killed while a red skull is on screen it should go down as a suicide (which it is) and they lose points

Then tards will block off ladders purposely and friendlies will both not get up there, but also be punished for the sniper's using a game flaw (the flaw being your idea).

This is the same reason mines don't count as a suicide, as punks will put mines all over friendly vehicles without being punished for making vehicles unusable to the team.
