1280 x 1024 is the native resolution for 19" LCD's

OC'ing isn't hard all, most manufactures actually provide overclocking software now so you don't have to do it the old fashion way by flashing your BIOs and crap.

Anybody know why my friends computer is locked at 15fps/66.7?

I had the exact same FPS after the latest patch, uninstall Mcafee firewall; just disabling it will not fix the problem.
