Could this end the bf2 community?

Does anyone think that current events may crush the bf2 community? I know personally ive been playing alot more CS:Source and HL2: DM just because it works and is fast to get in and out.

    State your opinions.

People will probably come back, they put so much time into stat padding it would be a waste to leave now lol

Stats/rank will keep people in the game. CS in general will always be popular. HL: DM isn't that great though.

Every birth hurts :) After that it's only better. I hope people will stay with the game. It's worth it.

not a chance. ppl might go back to dc and '42 but not cs and cs variants.

Battlefield 2 owns. I LOVE how it keeps your stats. I'd play it anyways but its like now, whenever I play, I know that whatever I did isn't for nothing, it's saved.

Hehe, I'd NEVER EVER play 1942 or DC -- BF2 is sooo much better. Actually though I did play regular Counter-Strike 1.6 the other day.

                          omg a game with glitches.
if you've ever played an mmorpg that had centralized stats servers, you know that the problems we have are minute in comparison.

people are all 'omgomg the sky is falling one month after release the game isn't perfect and there are a small amount of problems for an amazing game the world is ending'.

Games have gone on for YEARS with small annoying bugs and problems. Small referring of course to the % of problems to non-problems.

Dice, BF2 is their child. But looking at the number of fups I hope it hurt them
