BF2 Name Change Somehow?

No last time I asked Gamespy they said to ask EA they had nothing to do with BF2 accounts

then how come i've heard where EA have said to go to GameSpyID to change your name?

I have heard this too in the forum, but allso heard that a new naming system will be implemeted with the 1.03 patch. Look arround in the forum here and I think you'll find more info. on this matter.

There's no mention of being able to change your name in the info given be EA regarding the 1.03 patch.

It was mentioned though in advance of the 1.01 patch.
