First FPS Lan:
Doom (actually Doom 2, the full game), after hacking past our schools lame security we managed to get it installed on all the CS computers. As the teach was explaining how to add a picture into Powerpoint to a student in the corner we were fraggin Imps with reckless abandon.

First Internet FPS game:
I used my 28.8k modem to connect to my friends 14k inorder to play some Duke Nukem 3D COOP. Was laggy, but damn fun.

Eventually someone mentioned that this game called 'Quake' was really good, all 3D, and ment to be played online. "A game that's suppose to be played online? That's crazy!" lol I didn't get it but a couple friends described it to me. I eventually pre-ordered Starseige: Tribes and played that till my CD broke from too much use. rofl Later in college someone passed my Counter-strike and I played that for a couple years.

Well I started playing computer games when Warcraft 2 was considered new, but my first FPS would of been Rogue Spear.

Then I played the demo "wake island" battlefield 1942
well the rest is history
