Wonder why I didnt get any unlocks? Maybe its because I havent unlocked anything yet. Numbers good, oh well now I just suck that much more than everyone else.

However, in my other account which I haven't used since the demo, they are unlocked :S

(Its 38628121, if your wondering, and I have not played in a while, sort of due to how mad I was when I unlocked the G3)

EA: Please resest everyones locked weapons. I want a new one, This G3 is friggin' anus. Its useless in every way.

Half as accurate as an M16 (Dispite bullets weighing more, due to a larger bullet/calibur, more weight means a more stable and accurate bullet)
Around half the damage of a M16 (Dispite being a larger caliber, 7.62x51mm compared to 5.56x45, It feels like a .22LR, only with less power)
Small Magazine (20 Bullets, understandable, due to larger rounds)
And then you have less stamina as an assault class.

In the game, a pistol is more accurate, and usually a better choice in most combat situations. The G3 seems to do about as much damage as a pistol.
But unless you using the MR-444 or whatever the MEC Handgun is, then you should use the G3, becuase the MEC Handgun has messed up sights. You have to aim about .35 inches above the sights of the gun (on you computer screen, not .35 inches from the sight in game, just use the gun on some one whos prone and 50 feet away, you will see, the other handguns dont have this problem)

Ya...EA Games are a bunch of liars. They promised all this to the community and we got nothing. To top it all off, it was buggy as hell. I mean, how can you screw up a menu, one of the most simplistic things to create for a game developer.

Also, who does a recall on their own patch? This game is a joke.

Id like to thank the Hackers for Pwned-ing EA Games. You really handed their ass to them. Maybe in the future they will listen to their customers before thinking of their next scheme to take our money.

Community Update – 7/25/05

Profiles with all Weapons Unlocked

Many users logged into Battlefield 2 today to discover that they had access to all of the game's weapons unlocked in their profile. We have fixed the root issue that caused this to occur and by tomorrow morning all users will return to having access only to the weapons which they had earned. Once our solution is in place, if you find that you do not have access to weapons appropriate to your in-game rank, please direct inquiries to the Support sites linked below. In some cases users may be prompted to re-select the Unlock weapons that they are eligible for (if you are eligible for two weapons you will get to choose the two you wish to have unlocked).
