Good way to get Rank faster

I have to disagree.. GET INVOLVED, what you can do is get in a blackhawk (not as a gunner) or in the attack choppers as the gunner, there is alot of space between the flags to be in the commander screen. It's crazy but I rode around in an LAV, as a passenger, for a whole game as commander (switching between medic, support, and engineer)..

There is NO TIME for anything else inbetween anything else. After you drop UAV, your job is to supervise the squads that are away from UAV range and spot the enemies that are near them. You will be doing much more service to your team than you think it's required of you.

Aren't commander's kills, captures etc not counted at all, in the first place?

fly around in Blackhawk with noob clans capping flags and getting 150 points with a 0/2 KD ratio. Only medics and engineers need apply.....

Why is rank so important these days? just another crappy unlock for you to whine about? Instead of playing noob and bh whoring or base camping why not actually do something for the team.

The only way that seems normal to get lots of points is being medic (not talking about entire team of medic whores), but then again not many normal non-10years old around plaing bf2.

I like to fly jet and usually end up with 30 -50 points per round with teamwork as 0, that dosnt bothers me as long as I helped my team stop 5 waves of enemy tanks.

i got promo twice and still private hmm! and had a purple medal that sdissapeared hmm! and havent even unlocked any weapons,whats all that about then!!!

i find it the most efective to get a blackhawk on songhua. if u have a good squad u get atleast 100 points a game

jsut play mashtuur city and get in the black hawk

I made Lance Corpral a week or 2 ago and still just shy of half way to Corpral. Hoping to get up in the ranks a little faster, I know the easy ways to be a medicm revive and heal everyone and be the commander to try and get 2times the points, and then capping a lot of flags, but are there any other good strats for getting alot of points? Because I don't entirely like being a Commander... too much duty.. like being a mindless drone :P

i get my points by support gunning. you will be suprised by how many points you get from handing out ammo. just follow some assult around and when the use the nade launcher thats another ammo point. i also get lots of points by taking down balckhawk whos with the SRAW

Well I just got Lance Corporal thanks to a fantastic Helo pilot. Ive never had such a long ride. We tore things up and captured about 3 flags. Most points in a game Ive ever had. I dont know how he did it.

Now wheres my gun damnit! :)

After I hit corporal I'm now content with blowing up teammates that don't give me a ride or just generally piss me off

play on bamboo commandos' server.

i forgot the ip add but it's something like 85.236.101.? (check out b-commandos.net). you'd rank up fast because they play only on maps where you'd get a ton of points like strike at karkand, mashtuur city, and two more. only four maps but if you pick your kit right, you'd get about 40 points in each map.

Play Meshturr City (or w/e it's called), and fly the black hawk or get a good pilot. I always play that map with my dad, I fly, he guns, we get some other people in the chopper. He usually gets gold with anywhere from 50 to 300 points, depending on how fast we win. And I usually get silver with about 90% of the amount of points he has.

I find beeing a gunner in a BH (chopper whoring as someone calls it, dissagree) on the Statesmate and Strike at Karkland maps can get you a lot of points fast.
