L85A1, the new sniper?

Im begining to think sniping is becoming obsolete. The L85A1 is very accurate and it comes with the medic kit. I was playing yesterday and the clan of about 8 joins, they all become snipers an start slapping or team around. Well me and my 2 clanmates hop on a roof and pwn the all with the L85A1. Got all 8 of them 3 times in a row without losing a single man (we revived them)

-So now i pose the question, with the L85A1 become the new sniper kit. It takes as many shots to kill with it as does the MEC and Chineese rifles and it has full auto and u can heal yourself and you can revive your fellow dead sniper. Im begining to see more people sniping with this gun and i think it could be the demise of the sniper kit! :evil:

Well look at the m16. Even though it doesnt have the 2x scope it is a pretty good gun for long distance. Powerfull too.

It's definitely tough to beat a good medic that's packing the L. It's tough to beat a good medic player with either weapon actually. :hmm:

yea the L85A1 is insane i stole it from a guy once and just totallty killed everyone who was running down the streets (strike at Karkand)

since I did not unlock it first, I spend my time hunting for the things left on the ground, b/c IMO is the best gun I have tried. Makes the medic the most versatile class.

I highly agree, I find myself always taking out snipers across the river with my L85A1 at Strike at Karkland.

this was my first unlock and i have sniped a ton of snipers with this weapon..it is must better for this use than close combat..the accuracy is horrible on auto

Thats one of the Problems with weapon Balanceing is the 95 is a 50.cal here are teh stats, I am just going to use the Ball Ammo for each weapon

no the medic gun is not the new sniper IMO, i would have to say its the G36C cause man i can snipe with that thing alot better than the sniper rifle.

Ive done that my 2 clan members pawned 5 sniper on top of the hill in operation clean sweap

I use the L85A1 BF2 need to make some modifications to the sniper as thats just wroung

knives < Type 88, svd < pistols < smgs < shotgun < M16 < M4 < AK < chinese specops < L85 < M95 < M24.

Yeah I agree the L85A1 is an excellent long range weapon, especially when converted to semi-auto...I don't think its too bad in close quarter combat either, just aim in short bursts to the head area, don't 'spray'
