Problem is if some 12 year old wants to play he just goes crying to his mommie to pay and then he gets in and ruins everyones fun. Because this is my theory about how they work there will probably be at least like 50 or so n00bs playing in the tournament unfournately.

21CW Was the First to have the concept of "A tour of duty" everything else is just a copy because 21CW was so successful. 21CW Is FREE, and about the 12 year old thing. If someone don't play nice, we have a strike system and admins to deal with players like that. If anything give 21CW a try, it's the most organised gaming experience I'v ever had. We have been doing this for three years, and have organised warfare down to an art. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
