no. getting lamers booted from servers gets rid of the lamers. since lamers are the problem, getting rid of them does FIX the problem.

Honestly people in veichles need to watch out where there going whether or not the tk was accidentl I dont care except for the few that say they are sorry. Generally i get the *******s that say MOVE U RETARD or whatever so that is why i punish.

the irony is YOU are being the lamer yourself.
dont stoop to their level. if they punish you for an accidental tk, o well. move forward. play the game. its not the end of the world (or your stats for that matter)

ever wonder why they even punished you? could be a number of things.
>they dont notice the "punish" option and dont even press page up or down (which by default punishes you btw)
>you might have done something stupid/lame in their eyes hence the punish
>want to piss you off (which seems to always work)

for me i always wonder what I could have done to prevent the TK. i always try to see things from the other point of view. which i notice in most games dont happen. kids always think of themselves and only themselves.

this could be a rant but whatever. im tired. im not thinking clearly >_<

thats not what im talking about though.
im talking about the type of ppl that:
~watch you lay mines, jump in a car and drive over them. repeatedly.
~follow you around and jump in front of you when you are shooting at somebody.
~hide around corners and run in front of a moving tank.
~jump on top of a vehicle you are in so they die when it moves.
~stand in front of jets on the runway so you cant take off.
~run into clearly marked artillery strikes time and time again.
and punish you every single time.

getting ppl like that kicked is not laming, its performing a public service.

I either do it to them once if it was just an in warrented punish

or twice if it was their fault and they punished

Actually I'd like to say that I find the picture with the guy in front of the tanks not a good idea to mock and illustrate.

The picture is from Tiananmen square. It was a time when the Chinese military was about to shoot hundreds of people. The tanks where rolling on protesters. The person in front was trying to stop them.

Given this guy's not clinically insane or has a death-wish, it's incredibly a brave thing to do. I can't even grasp the kind of courage it would need to stand in front of a rolling war-machine which is rolling in to shoot at unarmed peacful protesters. I think none of us can grasp it.
I would just like to ask you to honor this, and the memories of the ones that got shot that day.

It still astounds me how much energy and time is wasted concerning matters of playing a virtual on-line battle, yet still manage to argue the toss over casualties of war........... I personally enjoy playing the game, mistakes happen and yet the TK punish option no matter how you look at it, was always bound to be open for abuse. So the internet generation can berate and abuse people not only from their own country but from other countries, community spirit such a lovely ideal................(but this game was supposed to bring about better team work, eh!?!)

Closed. This topic wasn't going anywhere but flaming from the start. Here's a tip: If someone punishes you and it wasn't for any reason, try TALKING with them about it. If they refuse, do yourself and everyone else a favor and get over it. It's just a game, chill and go have fun. No need for revenge.
