It would be cool if they had a way to track the amount of punishments you have given on the game so that we can see who the true cry babies are, LOL!

actually I have noticed you can shoot someone anywhere in the body not including his head twice with a pistol and you wont get team damage points.

i dont like this type of attitude simple because it doesnt FIX the problem but merely ADDS to the problem.

Another way to get rid of them is to play fetch with their nades or stand in front of the moron. Just don't get really pissed off if someone makes the mistake of punishing once and bug them for the whole round. Some of those people really deserve the boot though. I think if they just limited the amount of punishes a person could use to 5 a day that would help fix the problem by alot. Then those people who don't automatically page down on someone could get rid of actual tkers. Plus they need to fix the fact that a time out on not replying to a TK complaint will automatically complain against the person, that's a pretty bad bug. They could also fix the collision physics so people can be safely within 5 feet of a friendly vehicle, or even be able to ride on a tank without dieing.
