I like anything urban, since I cant stand playing vehicles all the time. And Wake isnt bad either. But on another note, I hate Dalian with a passion:

all vehicle based, someone who prefers infantry is screwed, an ice cube has a better chance in hell.

Now with 2GB RAM I can choose almost any air veh. I want at least in the first round, so my list would go:

8. Fushe Pass
9. Zatar Wetlands

I still find Karkand one of my favorite maps. I really just can't stand huge, wide-open maps. I need close combat because to me, it's the most entertaining.

2 maps better than karkand, one vehicle, one light vehicle oriented.

i would play mashtuur a lot more but less 247 servers and the claymore whoring is not present on smokescreen, so i play smokescreen instead.

warlord, surge, dalian plant, mass destruction, iron gator are ALL better than karkand by far, as well as great wall and many other vehicle maps like fushe pass and dragon something.

karkand may be my most played map by a considerable amount but it sure as hell aint my favorite, not with the claymore whoring going on now.

now to me karkand just seems like a race to use the next exploit rather than the fun games of mashtuur and others.

i used to like it cause i thought i could jump into a close combat battle and win faster, but now i realize that with all the whoring it aint fun, and im into the battle just as fast in other maps.

oh yeah, and daqing oilfields and zatar wetlands are the WORST battlefield maps i have EVER played out of dozens of mods.

a a fresh noob lance crpl, i have to say that kubra dam is pretty damn nice.
the other day i had fun capping the middle flag on the dam then waiting with the AT gun on the ledge for an enemy tank or apc to come after it.
wake is fuked if your only spwn point is the carrier or the little artillery island.
had some sniper guy sitting on the north penninsula picking off every boat that tried to get ashore. BUT i got his ass!, I called out enemy sniper and a friendly jet came over and distracted him, so he gets in the AA gun while im on the beach and i crawl up behind the little pill box and wait with my AT gun.
as soon as i saw the red ID tag i fired and got the kill.
was pretty nice. im sure that guy was ****ed!

Karkand isn't my favorite, and while it may be my most played on my stats, thats merely because almost everyone else likes it. My personal favorites are mashhtur city, sharqui peninsula, and ghost town in SF.

Great Wall is currently the most glitch exploited map.

Anyway, I'd say my favorite is Dragon Valley. I don't know why, I just like it.

For point whoring, its still Karkand. I average 50+ points on that map lately.

Shonghua Stalemate was my favorite map in 1.12 nothing funner that raping a bunch of apc's and a tank with a compotent blackhawk squad.

Since 1.2 I never play shonghua and never will unless they sort the blackhawk out.

Sharky and Wake are really in my mind, the best maps for the best mix of all types of fighting.
If I had to chose the best, it would be Wake.
Planes, choppers, armor and infantry, all make their presence very well on this map. A good time for all can be had on this map. sometimes its hard for usmc to land a flag, however once one flag has been capped.......
mmmmm good.

3) Your dreams, while being with yo momma

Sharqi,Mastuur,Warlord,Mass destruction, NightFlight,Surge all better than Karkand. If you want to compare infantry maps anyway.
