Commanding for the 15s you are dead:

as soon as you die, click CAPS LOCK thenright click twice, this will bring up your commander screen.
Although, you can only do this until its time to spawn.

Create your own squad or wait in a squad until you are the highest ranking member after the leader leaves your squad.

Select your target and call in an artillery strike.
Now drop a supply create on the same spot.
Laugh as the enemy leave their hiding positions and gather round the crate praising their commander for the nice supplies.
Laugh even louder as the artillery hit and they go flying through the air.

On the reverse if a create drops in your vicinity and you DONT hear the "Supplies your area" command, run like hell and find cover.
That is evil. I like it!

    1. That's how the commander scoring works. You only get points by the average number of points your team EARNED* or by directly killing someone with your weapon other than Artillery.

    2. As of now I have no idea to get rid of that lines.

*The way commanders get commander points is still unconfirmed, but so far after reading several theories, I find the theory I mentioned to explain the best and very reliable thus far.

non-squad leader's resupply request doesn't show that para icon. it appears to be a flashing yellow dot(for infantry) or vehicle icon.

Always zoom in all the way to place crates and artillary. This is very important for accuracy and can get you lots of points. I usually find that the snipers are the ones asking for supply drops, and you need to zoom in to give it too them. When placing a supply drop you must aim a few feet south of where you want the supplies to drop in order for it to go directly on a roof for a sniper. You get points if people heal and repair and resupply on your boxes so use them wisely. People get resuplied faster if more than one box is present. try to land 2 boxes together near a large concentration of your army or even on top of each other. Be careful not to crush anyone with the boxes.

By right clicking on the map you can use the zoom command. There are 3 levels of zoom. The 3rd one lets you look at terrian and troops real close, you can use this to put supply drops exactly where you need them, like on a piece of artillery or UAV trailer.

BF2s.com no longer updates the stats.

Edit: BF2s.com currently updates stats but it takes a long time for a player's stats and portfolio to update as it only updates very few people every few seconds.
