We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
You should definitely go broke and buy both if you can.
But if you have to choose one...
If SP is your main thing, then go with Crysis if you have a PC/vid card powerful enough to enjoy the uber graphics.
If MP is more important to you, then I'd go with COD4. We can see both from the Xbox360 Beta and the PC server info that has come out recently that a LOT of thought and planning has gone into this. There are also a lot of people who will be returning to the series from COD/CODUO/COD2. Lastly, because Crysis is known to have fairly high spec requirements, I think a lot of people are just going to avoid it at first (maybe buy it a year or two later when they upgrade their PC's), thus having more overall people playing COD4 MP online.
I'll probably be getting both, but if I had to pick, it would be COD4 hands-down for me.
Alex, I remember when you were telling me about it - I can only judge it on my single player demo experience though... but yes - I don't see it as being amazing online like CoD4.
I also thought that Crysis MP was stale. The SP demo completely rocked my socks off, though. I also was very, very impressed with CoD4 SP demo, but have no real idea how the MP will be... all the pundits are saying that MP in this CoD will be better than the previous offerings. That's a good thing.
So, I will probably buy CoD4 at release and pickup Crysis next year when it is on discount.
Why? Well, TF2 + CoD4 will keep me busy. Then, FFoW releases in Jan/Feb. I predict that FFoW will be a big game for the FPS community and will be used in competitive play. Those three games will keep me occupied.
i think the main selling point for crysis is its dashing looks and single player, whereas mulitplayer in CoD will be supreme (singe player is usually good aswell)
Well I loved the single player demos for both, but i feel I'm getting something new with crysis so i will probably get crysis. However with Christmas coming up, hopefully both shall be mine.
LOLZ!!!! I love your avatar man! Boy did that dude did ever so F A I L ! ! ! haahahaha. Man he sucks. I can hear the failure buzzer go off loudly every time I see him try that flip. What was that from anyway?
Anyways, I just took a quick look at the leaked pricing for intel penryn chips starting the beginning of january. And my final decision is to wait to play crysis next year january. Then I will be able to get a QX9450 with 12mb of cache for $300 bucks or so along with a new mobo and 3 gigs of ddr2 memory. Then with my 8800gtx I think I will be able to play crysis reasonably well at 2560x1600 and also SAVE A LOT OF MON-AYYYYY.
See, I need the extra dough so I can save up for the 52" samsung I'm planning to buy. Hey, I just realized something!! I'll only have to run crysis at 1920x1200 when I hook it up to the 52" samsung.
Well, wuddya know.
In the meantime though, and to hold me over til the upgrade, I will be buying and enjoying COD4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love both SP demos so i will be getting both games.
Crysis is eye candy and COD 4 is safe bet for popularity.
People here bitching about MP for Crysis but it was only Beta. They got a lot of input on time to change some stuff before game release so just relax.
How many of you tried COD4 MP?? None! so don't jump to conclusion.
I want to see how Crysis will look in DX10. I can't wait. I was thinking that this nano suit will be stupid but man o man I was so wrong. It is very inovative and fun. Wrecking a havoc and destroying everything is unreal. Blasting tires on vehicles or punching walls is AWESOME.
BTW I killed North Korean by tossing live chickens at him. Find me the better way to kill your opponent LOL.

At first crysis single player didn't really effect me at all, but then i realized that i could pick up the settings a bit.
I had blast blowing up buildings and testing out what you can do in the game...
There is lot of other games in my list before Crysis. So i'll might too get it from discount or get it some other way for some testing. :p
