on a more serious note, i'm loving my G5 mouse (the old version). i can access every single weapon with my mouse (i remapped the sensitivity key buttons too). and the mouse fits into my hand nicely, and i like the rusty look...

The mouse, all the way. Logitech, Razer, w/e you prefer.

BallaAce, a mouse can have it's extra buttons be programmed to do that too so a keyboard upgrade for the sole purpose of macros is pointless. Also, the difference between 1 and 8 ms is so slight you may as well get a better system as that reduces the time needed to process the input from the keyboard. A mouse let's you have smoother movements, fast moving railguns, precision sniping, faster mouse movements (if you want them) and of course, look 1337. So, new mouse > keyboard. QED.

Yep, the thing I now can't live without is On-the-fly sensitivity on my mouse

insta lower sensitivty when sniping/shooting long range

increase a bit when knifing

increase to max when in a railgun/vehicle

increase to max to "manouvre" my pod

But...
If you are sh*t now, no matter what keyboard or mouse you buy you will always be sh*t.

Not QFT. Everyone learns how to play and gets better. You start out bad and get better as you learn. Some people are just better players than others, and have a gift for game playing (better reflexes, better coordination, etc).

Myself I am somewhere between average and good. I just play because I like to have fun, and this game is still fun to me.
