Where to check how many EMP's a player has thrown?

you guys spend more time watching other players stats then playing by yourself....who cares...just lay the game. its obvious from past experiences that getting higher ranks is only done by stat padding.

there is obviously some reason for that? some exploit or what?
you dont get points for using them.
if you chucked one every 2 seconds without stopping it would take 94.23 hours to do.

You get like half a point every time you hit something with them, so there IS a reason to use them beyond just locking up an enemy vehicle or frying their visuals.

There's a particular way to do this that many folks consider to be padding (I do not consider it padding, but I do consider it mind-numbingly boring) so it's hard to go into detail without a yelling match quickly following.

i agree, its great you get points for emping people/tanks/apc's/******** ****** lol but the one i consider whoring is so boring it is stat padding because the only reason you would do it is to get 100-200 points a round w/o killing anyone and to me thats no fun, no fun at all.

best round: 226 and how did you get it? by throwing 452 emp grenades

to tell you the truth because of people abusing it to boost their stats they should no longer give you points for it, its not that big of a part of the game and you can still emp things, you just wont get .5 points everytime you do now

You can get on the leaderboards and the high ranks by a ton and I mean a ton of playing. Plus, you don't need to statpad, you just need to do what gives you the most points. Some feel that to get the most points they need to statpad, others don't statpad but get as many points as they can.

Sigh. And people moan at me when i kick and ban people for overuse of EMP grenades.

The hardest and I mean HARDEST thing is where you get geneuine good players who hover in the top of the game board in a round... then need a few extra points just to get gold so they start spamming EMP grenades just for the those needed extra points.

The real gold winners are kicked out of place because of this stat padding. There is no other word for it.

knew there was something up, on quite a few of the camp gibralta servers i was following a few players round since they were getting into the 100s after 15 mins, saw them with emps and what they were doing.

i thought they were doing some sort of resupply bug though.

I have said it loads of times. Where is the line drawn. Here you have a half decent player who can easily make a medal with effort but as soon as its a thin line to getting gold against another player he stat padded just a few points to get gold. In some cases loads of points to get gold in fact.

Cheap. Banned. So is it OK to stat pad half your points in the game? I think not.
