There's been a lot of 'zombie threads' lately and it's just old news... unless you have something signifcant to share with the rest of us. But, to simply respond, "Yeah, I don't like the Voss/Krylov/Baur either" after 3 months is just lame.

I don't really like the Baur much myself. Too much damn recoil!Originally posted by sonicpixelFor those new people joining us, please don't reply to threads older by a month since the last post. This is not a forum rule, but good forum etiquette.

You can make the Baur single shot? How??
:p
Actually most of the time I agree with the OP, but here I figure I'd rather know that a newb did his search, and see him/her respond to an old thread than start a whole new one. Plus, did you ever notice, having a good old thread rezz'ed is kind of like running into an old friend you haven't seen in while?
(As long as people don't resurrect an old thread just to say, "Me too!" or something silly...)Comment

Come on, guys, this is the same sort of snobbish elitism that calls new guys 'noobs'.
We all had to start somewhere and you were all noobs once too. Similarly with the forum, some of us haven't joned all that long and may see something relevant in an older thread. Remember the crowd that used to whisper together in school and put everyone else down that tried to join in? Not nice, and it's not nice to see it happen on forums either.Comment

*whisper whisper* Look at paudman....he's only got 29 posts....the noob...*whiper whisper*
I'm kidding. :p
But I can see your point, just because one person thinks a topic's been done to death, doesn't mean everyone thinks the same. There is always something more that can be said.
And here's something more that I'll say: You need a new sig. :|: :pComment
