If you can't get 15 points when you have 50 hours as assault, you're a bad medic. Seriously.

It used to be twice the current requirement, and that wasn't too tough, just use the damn hub! Don't just throw it on the ground while spamming nades and expect people to show up for healing....

I got mine on NS on Bridge to Remagin while playing defense at East Bridge. Lots of guys on the second floor to heal as the walkers and arty come in from west bridge.

i got it back on the old days with a little bit of stats paddin...
get 3 guys in the transport chopper...
you flying and medic 2 others just sitting in it...

fly out of map.. and then you had 10 sec before damage...
after that you get hurt quite bad...
fly into map.. heal up... mostly 3 heal points a run....
do this for 5 min and done.. here's the gold medal...

but unfortunatly are the rules changed... so that little plan wont work...

I actually did it legit on Camp G. Just pay attention to your mini-map and look for those needing health. You may not get many kills that round but it doesn't mean you can't get points. I htink I finished the round with only 5-10 kills but got the silver because of heals and a whole bunch of revives thrown in there. If the EU gets bottled up between Ruins and Central Camp there is usually a lot of frags which means plenty of heal points for those away from the frag and plenty of revives for those close to it when it goes off. I would do it on a 32 man server though, any higher and the constant stream of frags means everyone dies.

Just make sure you dont get a purple heart!

As long as you don't get 5 kills you shouldn't actually be able to get a purple heart since you need a 1:4 k/d ratio with a minumim of 5:20.

This one is seriously easy to get on 64 camp G. All you need is a server with balanced teams (so the game doesn't end super fast) and combat at one of two points. If you are PAC you want it at the toll station, and if you are EU you want it at the Ruins (which shouldn't be too hard to find since these are the two points where it always stalls). All you need to do is drop one med hub somewhere that large group is clustered (but not where its going to get blown up right away, put it slightly back from the action where people retreat after a grenade volley). Now run to another group closeby with your other med hub in hand. This way you are getting heal points from multiple people at 2 different spots. I tried this one game as PAC when we were assaulting the toll roads and got over 30 points just from healing (I specifically didn't kill or revive because I was going for this badge and wanted to know if I was getting enough points).

I turned off heavy armor so I could run between casualties more easily, dropped a hub in tight fighting spaces like the archway next to Ruins when the battle got there and the passages towards Toll Station from Habour. The biggest part was just keeping the second hub out most of the time and running to help people with low health based on the visual cues from the minimap and their requests for a medic.
