Buy a better graphics card?

On a serious note, if you want to up the textures, it'll probably have to be at the sacrifice of another setting, I would suggest dynamic lighting.

I got everything on medium expect textures, and i still get corruption...

And im plannin to buy Geforce 7900GS 256Mb within next few weeks. That's the only card i can afford right now...

You'll do well with a 7900GS, it's what I've got and I run everything maxed out and 4x AA.
