Make Best Buy Unlock available to everyone?

It should be optional for everyone. Why should it be only the people that preordered the game from a specific store? We all paid the same for the game.

I pre ordered the game 6 months before the release, if i would of known i was going to get a special gun if i pre ordered at best buy, i would of pre ordered there
