THe 1.40 Beta seems fine to me its much more stable than 1.25 and has lotsa imporvements - except that i am always dissconned from the master server every round!

1.25 wont work for me so i have to play bf2 for now and remember why 2142 is so much better :P

Some info on when the patch would come out would be helpful, as then i dont have to keep checking this site for news every day

BF2 also had a patch version 1,3. Patch 1,4 is kind of like BF2142's v1,3.

2142 is a more stable game than bf2, with 2142 they didnt have to construct a new engine. The bf2 patches were pretty dire at maintaining stability eg Memory leaks

the 2142 have been very positive compared to the bf2 patches tbh

Keep in mind that BF2142 engine is an optimized+slightly upgraded version of BF2 engine as told by Dice in some interview.

I as well need to know the status of this update, I need to play that damn map while it's still popular and get my aircraft badge/ribbon/medal achievements, and as for 2142 being a more stable and smooth game than BF2, that's a true fact. BF2 to me just didn't feel right.

I haven't played 2142 for a week. I almost never accuse people of hacking unless they one hit kill me with a Krylov at 60m. Oh wait that's quite normal o.0

It's impossible to "1 hit kill" a person, even w/ hacks.:shakehead:

It's most likely a 3 round burst where 2 rounds contacted your head.

2 HS' at that range requires incredible skill.(Or incredible luck.)

This is all of course assuming that such an event did occur, and this "example" is not just a flat out lie to show your hatred of the krylov.
