It causes my PC to restart on loading the second level so I uninstalled the demo.

Also, they have clouds going into the water. Looks silly.

Also like iDash says above. You must download the new Beta Drivers from Nvidia before playing. They are optimised especially for Bioshock.

the demo was a good insight to the start of the game and the basics,
am looking forward to all the nice combo's you can pull off trying to kill the splicers then video at the end of the demo shows more and i kinda want today to be the release day :laugh:

i didnt think the game would so smoothly on my rig but i was surprised :) will look forward to the end on the week egerly,

so I got the drviers and tried the second level of the demo. Can't say it was very impressive. Felt like another run of the mill shooter.

At least the demo reel at the end made me think twice but the demo itself didn't interest me much at all.

They said my computer couldn't run it.. .they were wrong. BIOSHOCK RUNS ON A GEFORCE 6200 PCI 128MB!!! With the 81.95 Nvidia drivers!!!

If only I could turn off some of the lighting effects, upgrade my Nvidia drivers then I could run it at a very stable framerate!

But for now it's playable (at the lowest settings and 640x480)!!!

my preorder got delivered today, isnt in the shops in the UK till tommorow hwhehehehehe

The stupid 2k patch server is down though, at the end of installing you have to autopatch so im waiting for the servers to come back up

Demo is amazing, especsially the graphics and the whole 60s theme. I love it!!!

Got it preloaded off steam ready for tommorws UK activation.
