    Yay more whining about weapons.

If you're going to say that Krylov and Voss take no skill I'm going to say right back that APM's take the least amount of skill of any weapon in the entire game. Maybe there's a tie between APM and motion mines but it's at the bottom of weapons in terms of skill and ability. However, I don't see a bunch of whining posts about how horrible APM's are and how noobish they are because you can defeat them.

The Voss and Krylov can be defeated too, but apparently it's so hard to do that everyone would rather complain than adapt and overcome.

All I'm saying is that it'd be nice to see constructive posts instead of a near constant bitching about Voss and Krylov.

Voss/Krylov using is a heresy punishable by burning at the stake. You're a Voss whore. Whore.

I don't understand why people whine about being killed by stock weapons...you use what you have at your disposal. Those who are most creative and effective with those tools not only score decently for themselves, but if directed properly, you can be a huge benefit to your team.

I only rely on UAV so much...I always keep a visual on areas of high enemy traffic, especially in the titan. The Krylov is not a noob weapon...you can easily expend your cartridge in seconds and be vulnerable to an enemy counter. So it's critical that you stabilize yourself as fast as you can and preferably aim at the head.

Ghosts are good, but remember kids, they will only displace your location to the enemy while you remain within 50m of the ghost.

            Lets get some things straight.
"I see a hostile at 40m. He crouches, scopes, goes full auto. o.5 secons later I'm dead."
            Ok it happens. SOMETIMES!

            2. At 5m you lost with a Clark? C'mon! Pathetic. You were either a stationary or the enemy was lucky or the person was actually good. NO PERSON should be beating you if they are jumping/diving/moving like a maniac especially if you have the shotgun. For christ sakes, the person can't shoot when he is jumping nor have the ability to hit a broad side of a barn when the crosshair gets so huge after a dive. Stop overf*cken reacting! I can't believe it but I am seriously getting annoyed how you people overreact in this game. "OMFG dud3 waz jmpin sh00tin the air and I gts k!ll3d wtf!"

            3. I got a good laugh at this one "I see a hostile at 100m. I aim my scope, carefully aim for his head. He crouch spams. 4 seconds later, I'm dead."
You really must suck. Not only a person hit you with full auto 100m away but you had 4 seconds to kill him before he gets you. 4 seconds... just count to yourself... 1... 2...3...4... I'm sorry but don't complain about people using the gun. You just plain suck.
1: Happens to me everytime I die to a Krylov.

            2. I am good with a Clark ok? I know how to handle that beast. What I'm saying here is when somebody survives my first Clark shot (it happens a lot) then I'll die immediately when he's using a Krylov. I dunno, it might be me, but when I die to a Krylov, it's always instant kill.

3: I have 4 seconds to kill him. He is CROUCH SPAMMING the entire team. He gets up, fires two bullets, gets down. He goes one step to the left/right, and does the same thing. Within 4 seconds I die because of the Krylov's stupid deviation... I can't snipe him because I can't see him. When you want to kill a crouch spammer that's moving to the left and right you have to shoot before he gets up. I suck at doing that. Now, I may have overreacted a bit by saying 4 seconds, but seriously, I lie dead within 6-7 seconds.

I'd love to see more constructive post, but why do you think people (including me) keep bitching about the same two weapons again and again? Because they are overpowered, apparently! Now the Voss is the worst of the two. It's too nub friendly. But the Krylov is just way too powerful when a decent player uses it. There's a guy in my clan who is VERY good with the Krylov. He's unstoppable. Only the Clark can stop him. He can easily outsnipe snipers, he mows down Vossies and he owns all the other guns. When I ask him "Dontcha think that thing is overpowered?", he says:"Hell yeah, but I just enjoy it while it lasts!". 1.4 fixes a whole lot when it comes to balance but the Krylov will still one hit killme when I die to it.

I just played a game of Camp G. I run around a corner, see 5 guys, 4 with their back turned to me. I IMMEDIATELY turn aroud and take cover. The Krylover saw me for half a second max.... I suffered 81 damage! I JUMPED around the corner! That was btw the only time I did not instantly die to the Krylov in that game...

You say the Voss and Krylov can be defeated... with a Walker o.0 Unless you have one of those oh so hard to use guns you are probably gonna end up instakilled... And please don't start with the "zomfg norb use it urself" cos I am one of those idiots who prefers using the weapons he likes himself instead of the overpowered, overused, and ugly guns.

Yep, that's why the thing owns at close range. For mid range burst, for lange range burst, for very long range single shot.

I don't find Vossers useful. When there's a Walker in our lovely Camp G they simply REFUSE to go engineer cos "Engineer rockits sucks!". When I scream I NEED A MEDIC they continue their ways of PK spam. When everyone is using a Voss and they are all out of peekay rockits they don't go support... "SUPPORT LAWL SUPOORT SUX". No, they prefer to continue their ways as Vossies so that they can die to my claymores.

And if you think claymores are for nubs: I would've agreed with you before patch 1.25. Claymores now require creativity, instead of a mouse and keyboard. When someone says "ur a claymore whore" I'll respond "Your the stupid enough to run in my traps." That usually shuts em up. Remember that I don't spam two Clays, die, spam clays, die, etc etc. No, I combine them with the ubar Ghost and make sure they all die. You know what's real funny? I always place a claymore on the Ghost, and one on the way to the Ghost. The enemy sees the blip, moves towards it. One or maybe even two die to the frst claymore. They think that there is a sniper there, especially because of the claymore. They move towards the ghost, knives ready... BOOOOOOOOOM! I alwas laugh at them in the chat ^_^

You really dont get it do you? Your constant complaining over weapons in the game is nothing more then a thinly veiled attempt to nerf something because YOU dont like how it takes you out.

Well TOO BAD. Your own words clearly state that YOU SUCK at dealing with a skilled player. That's YOUR problem, not the game's. You choose to use the Clark just like he had the choice to use the Krylov. If he outsmarts you tactically, then obviously it's his fault?

Absolutely retarded. Grow UP. Get over it. Get better. Or uninstall.

Incessant whiners ruined BF2 and you are doing the same thing to 2142. And you wonder why people hammer you over it? Quit trying to control how other people play the game. It isnt your call to make.

effort is required to overcome, if it were me i probably would have gone on a lambert spree, dam thing is lethal if you know how to use it otherwise just play him at his own game

imo the only thing that should be changed for the voss is its effectiveness at long range which imo needs to be turned down a tad otherwise its all fine tbh, it spretty funny to outsniper a sniper with it

You mean that I'm the only one who hates getting one hit killed by the Voss or Krylov? That's odd.. And about that tactical outsmart stuff: choosing is an overpowered weapon may be "smart" but I think it's noob. And I'll be more then happy to tell someone he's using a noob cannon, ingame and outgame. He might not believe me, but I see more people choosing Clark/Baur etc etc after I tell them they can't aim for ****.

Kinda hate myself for saying this but the Voss and Krylov etc are supposed to be very good at killing people. They're assault rifles after all.

Doesn't mean I can't hate Voss biatches though

What's with this talk of one hit kills with the Krylov? I'm pretty decent with the Scar and the Krylov, and the only time I get one hit kills is when the enemy is low on health, or I'm just damn lucky and hit the head dead on.... and it registers it for once!

Plus I'm surprised none of those guys you talked about were smart enough to crouch when they're near your location if they saw a sniper on the radar, even after getting killed so many times by APMs. They sound like they have no ability to adapt (that, or they don't know you can crouch past APMs).

And why complain about "crouch spam" for assaults? Crouching is the best way to get good aim in this game (just like going prone in BF2), and I see nothing cheap about popping in and out of cover to shoot the enemy without getting hit themselves as well. It's a tactic just as legitimate as you using a ghost to trick people into walking into APMs.

I think that was just hyperbole, it just feel like a single shot to the victim because it happens so fast.

                                I absolutely agree.
If your opponent ducks behind cover then it is up to you to be somewhere else when he reappears. Standing in the same place each time he pops up is just asking for it.
