Highway Tampa Map Ready to Roll

Great news, the Highway Tampa Map is now out of beta and available for download!

We have developed an all new map for Battlefield 2 and it is ready for action.

Highway Tampa is the most vehicle intensive map released to date, controlling the land in this huge map is crucial for victory. Highway Tampa for Battlefield 2142 is also available as part of the beta 1.40 patch.

Could we please stop these posts until someone has actually downloaded AND installed AND played the release patch?

Hey, I didn't see that part. I just saw it on the news letter. Plus I been away from 2142 for like 3 months. So, sorry if it is the beta. But it didn't say BETA patch.

Thats OK, mistakes happen.
But we just had a "funny guy" post that 1.40 is out. And that happens with every patch, so it gets a bit old.

When it's actually released, it'll almost certainly be 1.41 so that the beta-testers can upgrade. But this post is redeemed by the word "COMFRIMED!" in the topic.
