Graphics like that are from vid cards 7900 GT and better. (GS can handle it too but when orbital strikes come it can get a bit choppy)

You got it...I have an nVIDIA 7900 GT with an AMD 3700 and my graphics look that sharp. I could stand to clean up my computer a bit...all the crap on it makes it a bit choppy. But when the orbital strikes come I just run for cover anyway.
