I have tried a little the Clark to check if I like the feeling of this gun. I'm most of the time the reviver of my squad, and I stand maybe 10m behind my squad, cause I want to be able to kill the guy who bring down my squad, and revive them. I'm better in med-long range fight. So the Clark is not for me.

Something I don't understand, why tweaking the Clark for better ROF, and don't change the type of Hergoz for shotgun? Right now we have nothing to win with Hergoz. Don't count for the pin, less rounds in barrel, count as AR...

The reason for the change is that currently the Herzog can bring down an enemy quicker than the Clark, it has a slight edge because of it's rate of fire.

This really shouldn't be the case as the Herzog is just an attachement whereas the Clark is a weapon in it's own right, by increasing the Clark's ROF they are giving it it's rightful place as the best CQ weapon.

on a good day when im fired up, concentrating and all the Clark is a godsend, no doubt i shall use it more frequently after the patch although i dont really go support that much anymore

youd be suprised, on my quest to get many golden badges i was forced into many things, as engineer and commander i shamefully whored the commander guns to full effect

as support i clarked away with the occasional lmg etc etc

but most days im recon flying the gunship yes but im not the fondest of Camp G so the clark isnt really useful, i got a good kd ratio with it but the gun seems to be so random in the hit reg area, faster firing rate shall fix that bwhehe

Heh, you probably got blown up by the explosive box right there. They have some pretty long range on the splash damage, it seems. That's another thing I love doing with the Clark, and that's waiting for someone to run by one of those pretty red barrels or boxes. Even at longer ranges - much longer than you would be able to OHK someone - you can blow up one of those containers with a Clark round. Suffice it to say, I've become very comfortable with knowing where all the boxes are and love to see people run past it without blowing it up first. :p

And I'm surprised there aren't more people coming over to the faith! Oh well, I'm sure going to enjoy the firing rate increase, I'll tell you that. I sure could have used it a couple of times earlier to night, that's for sure.

Clark=Love. Been using it ever since I unlocked it. Weirdly, other people seem to get a higher ROF than I do, maybe it's my mouse. But I love the Clark. There DOES seem to be a bug with it, tho', many times I am standing right over someone with the aiming circle right on their head, fire a blast - NO HIT, NO DAMAGE. WTF?? So I have to shoot 2 and 3 times point blank which makes no sense. I have even been killed by the person when the first shot straight to the head from about 1 meter doesn't kill them and I'm standing there all "WHAT? What the hell? (looks into barrel of Clark to make sure it's not plugged, checks ammo to be sure there is really lead in there) Uh, I better shoot again..." oops, I'm dead... LOL

Haha, yeah I've been there many times. The Clark is one of the worst victims of hit registration errors, right along with the sniper rifles (single-shot weapons FTW :P ).

I already use it. People seem to act like they will use it 24/7 because of the buff, which is the worst thing to do. Clark is a situational gun, even in city maps using it constantly will result a poor K-D ratio simply because this gun can't be used everywhere anytime. This gun is a good way to clear Titan attackers but many, like I, simply don't play Titan (or barely). This gun preforms almost better then any gun in Camp G when your team rushes the spawn points. The enemy is compressed into a small space where the Clark shines. It is also important to stay mobile with the weapon or else people will hunt you down. Getting one shotted might be a little frustrating for people and they definitely will want to get back at ya.

I already love the Clark and have been using it nearly exclusively since getting my Gold Assault Badge a while ago.

The main issue with it for me is not so much the RoF but the lack of range, which is to be expected with a shotgun, however in CQC it is still the best gun you can use and with the increased RoF I think its going to replace the Voss as the most whored gun on certain maps..

I already use it, it got me the support gold and titan defence gold in the same round the other day. 1.4 should make it more fun to use not that it isnt now, though all the voss people will have a cry and ask for a nerf.

People will start switching to the clark though the people who already use the clark should still have an edge. Anyone armed with a lmg/hmg/ar at range could have some fun taking down the new shotgun users without any problems on pretty much any map.
