i swear i don't remember getting ranks or unlocks in this game... i'm almost sure you start out as brig gen and that's it...

i played bf2 obsessively and was only halfway through the ranking system

Here are the requirements for the upper ranks in BF 2142.

Major General:
50 players per week
2000 points in a single week
1 to 1 kill to death ratio average for the week

Lieutenant General:
25 players per week
3000 points in a single week
1.5 to 1 kill to death ratio average for the week

Supreme Commander:
1 player per week
5000 points in a single week
2 to 1 kill to death ratio average for the week

*All Global not Career points

I'd assume if more than 50 players meet req for maj general the 50 with highest points get it

Strange... I met the MG requirements last week, i racked up at least 2000 global points, I got like 400 each day, I commanded alot too, and armor whored alot. But like I said earlier, They only award those to cheaters.

So those are the requirements....All those GLOBAL points...With requirements that high, one has few options. Stat pad with friends or cheat!
