The only time I teabag is if the guy calls me a cheater or hacker cause he had his gun out and me, my knife. Then I commence the teabagging. Otherwise I just kinda move on and try to find his buddies.

I wish there was an "Other" option. I usually just leave, don't have time to hang around for fear of getting killed.
But, if I know I have a safe moment or two, I like to crouch over him while looking him in the face. Then depending on the circumstances of the knifing I'll spew out a "Nice, thanks" or "Cheers". Or the others, "Darn it, sorry" or "Sorry my bad".

Yeah really, i have done this alot, see guy tea bagging someone, go and knife them. Makes them feel stupid for letting their guard down just to teabag them.
