I suggest you read the entire BFROC then, there might be other rules you have missed.

But the no KnP server rule is available for all to see, so there is no reason to doubt its existence.

That has nothing to do with the players being in a k/p server, that is talking DIRECTLY to the admins of the server.

No where in any of that does it say, anyone IN a k/p server will be punished. Or anything of the sort.

Although the question as to why all these silly rules are in place and why EA/DICE cares about stats at all, have yet to be answered.

First off you werent even around when I made the thread, but what the hell, Ill reply anyway.

I worded it fine. People agreed. People here say worse **** than I did in that thread, but the mods dont care.

But yeah, its cool, the moderators dont like me here.

2 things I forgot to mention:
1) I was insulted by a MOD, not a member
2) I was banned for "promoting knife and pistol servers". When I wasnt even defending them.

1. A mod would NOT insult you simply for the hell of it. I'm sure you gave them plenty of reason, assuming you ever were actually insulted.
2. Maybe so, but this thread's been up for awhile I'm sure a mod has seen it. If they were at all worried about such things this thread would surely be locked/closed/deleted by now eh? And suppose that happens, I'm not going to carry around a deadhorse just to throw it into other threads just because I disagree with a mod's decision, who am I to tell the mods or anyone for that matter, how to run this forum?

well seeing as EA have wiped stats for players found in BF2 and BF2142 knife/pistol only servers id say they were going after the players not just making rules for the admins

This thread gives me a great idea. If DICE goes along with it, I only need $5million. :)

Next Evolution in Battlefield Series: "Battlefield K&P".
This would save them a ton of work as far as modeling various weapons. Perhaps you can have an option for Hand to Hand as well.

Anyway, I see a lot of people mentioning that people should worry about themselves and not others. If any thought was put into this, then you you would see how playing on K&P servers are looked on as stat padding because of how many SC come from them. The large percentage in the top 2142 leaderboard are K&P players. This pushes people who play legit downward in the leaderboards and eliminates their chances of becoming SC as well. So hopefully with this, you'll understand why this is frowned upon.
