Personally I find it really frustrating because I suck at it. A round for me usually goes:

- Buy weapons/armor
- Get headshotted instantly by someone with a pistol on the other side of the map

It's better than America's Army, at least the rounds go faster than AA. Typical bridge crossing (pretty much the only map that people play) scenario:

- Spawn, run a few meters
- Take defensive positions
- Get vaporized by an M203 within 30 seconds

It was fun long time ago, but it got too much rinse and repeat for me.
I also don't have the reflexes anymore to be a real match for those hardcore gamer kids who hang out on those servers 24/7 and react quicker then my fastpath ping.

Oh well, sometimes the wheel of time takes it's toll on one.

I only ever play Dust 2 when i venture for a game of CS

I got CS:S a month ago, oh god it's amazing.

When I get bored of 2142 it's great to switch back to a smaller sized battle and really use tactics and stuff.

And surfing is fun for a good 10 minutes of spontaneity.

ugh I hate CS, the only time i do well is when i get in CQC with a gun, cant take on people at range in that game, its insane. and its immesnely repetitive, ide take AA/BF over it anyday.

man i really wish AA hadnt changed so much, wonder if my char still exists...

CSS is great but the learning curve is hard to get to grips with

you have to be very careful about recoil compensation, there is no voss in this game, firing the ak for longer than 2 or 3 shots means you shall have to drag the mouse down to save your life but the game is soo much fun, saying that ive played cs since...well forever since the early beta versions and i have NEVER gotten bored of it
