I've done it twice-- Leipzig and Remagen, both 32. It was my first time on both maps, except for running a local copy of each to take a look around.

I was blessed with a very competent squad-leader, a couple of experienced (high officer-ranks) squaddies, and some really great medics (I also got a medic badge of some kind on Leipzig, since there was loads of reviving to be had). I also learned the hard way that even a sure-thing Pilum shot isn't enough to kill a Hachimoto before it kills you.

But most of all, we had teamplay-- SL would be shouting orders to get teammates ready for walker spawns-- stealing their walkers was essential. The last base was littered with motion mines at times, so the walkers just stood around shooting and getting shot by Pilums for a lot of the time. I credit the limited size of the maps and teams for some of the success, but the teamwork was really superb, used voicecom effectively, and I look forward to the next time on any map that we get such a great team together. The enemy's team was no slouch on teamwork either.

I went back to the same server later for Remagen 32, and we (EU) got pinned to the mid-bridge by PAC walkers and about 4 guys with AR-rockets, where we expended about half our tickets despite some decent teamwork.

Leipzig. Something of a surprise at the time, as I hadn't even noticed that I'd captured the home base. I was too busy trying not to get shot!

pretty easy to get if most people just switch teams either before the start of a new round or ingame......

Not my style... besides, with most of the servers running autobalance, it's nearly impossible at the end of a round to switch.
