Server configuration

I have a nice non-steam server, with over 4300 conects/day, a great atmosphere and nice maps. But I've got some tehnical issues. There is a problem that persists. From time to time the server seems to lose an entire class of ips and all the players who are provided by that network provider are being disconected. If someone has any idea, please response. Thank you very much!
