Playing CS 1.6 without connecting to a Server?

Hi guys,

I just installed Counter Strike 1.6 and when i dont connect to a server and play alone, I dont get the enemies...

How can I play CS without connecting to a server and have my own game?

So in other words, when I click NEW GAME and START, there are no enemies to shoot at. How can I make this work without connecting to a server?

To play with other people you must connect to a server.

The alternative is to play alone against bots. Go to bots-united.com and choose one. I advise going for podbot_mm.

Or, you can also give Condition Zero a go. There are bots in that, and a complete single player campaign if you're so inclined.

You see, I dont want to play with other people on a server.
I just want to load up a new game for myself and play it that way. But doing that, I get no terrorists to shoot at...The map is empty.

It's empty because nobody else is playing.

As said, you can play with bots (AI players), which will allow you to just create a game and play.

So, go to bots-united.com and download one of the bots there or pay for condition zero which already comes with bots.
