    help.!can this cpu run Sims 3?

    Hey guys in buying my old man a really cheap cpu from walmart because all he'll use it for is google and poker. And so I was wondering if the cpu im buying will run the Sims3 decently as sometimes I stay over and would Le to know if I would be able to run sims3. here are the specs so if someone cpu literate can tell me before I install it.

    amd E1-1200 dual core processor
    4gig of memory
    500gig hardrive
    windows8

      It should be fine. Sims 3 isn't a particularly demanding game, though you did not list what the GPU/video card is for that.

          yeah, if the GPU is somewhat on the level of the rest of the specs you should have no problem in running it
