Aren't they deleting/locking all the threads about this? They were earlier.

to play the devils advocate here, maybe he was trying it out to see what damage it does? (Unlikely of course. WMGing all around.)

They still are doing that AFAIK.

5t3v0: From how that image reads, it seems like he was cheating and then made a mod. Apparently it's being looked into but while that's going on he's still free to play the game.

The forums were chaos the other day, stickies being edited with russian or something like that, said mod banning perfectly legit players. The dude was plainly cheating, there was plenty of proof to that. Dont know how he got to be a mod though.

Battlelog is a free social platform that ties into Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 3 and lets you socialize, track stats, plan your next game, and more from your web browser!

Is that him? I can't see his stats though, they say they are Zero. But Im not logged in and I gotta go to bed now...

That would mean they wiped his stats

Yeah. What happened is a cheater and member of a cheating forum somehow ended up being selected as a mod on Battlelog. The guy that posted that made other posts showing the same guy in the cheat site and banned on Punkbuster. He posted all the links on Battlelog. The cheating moderator saw that the jig was up, so banned the guy and deleted every post that came up with this information. Since the jig was up, he also started doing other things to the forums with stickies and such.

Meanwhile, while that guy was running rampant, the original guy and some of his friends were able to contact other mods on Battlelog and get the cheating moderator banned. His stats were also wiped.

So then once the banned person was un-banned, he came back and posted a thank you and what happened.

shit happens but come on EA........is a 4 second PB/evenbalance GUID search too much work to do before promoting someone to moderator? such a lack of competence lately, I suppose damage control is always cheaper than preventative maintenance but they are working overtime to keep this one scrubbed and censored from battlelog and hidden from the public eye.

Here's a video of him defacing battlelog:

it's was also a featured story at N4G and it was very popular on reddit yesterday but you cant see them today because of the SOPA protest
