Im not really impressed.
Its the same annoying "art direction" that makes it impossible to see anything, and on top of that one side is stuck with a jet that flies like a brick and has a HUD that will win this years user-hostility award.

I am losing interest, I cant say exactly why, but I can see that the friends I usually play with have lost interest in the game too.

They have failed to capture you, as they have with me also.

Maybe its getting old or maybe its seeing the franchise go backwards?

But these super hyped titles keep disappointing me, I am drifting back towards indie games and consoles.

Not enough innovations, went backward in some points and trying to cater to the CoD fanbase, plus the lassitude of playing BF since 2003.

Well I keep it fresh by playing other game genres besides first-person shooters or I'd go crazy. Getting Forza 4 soon to help with that.

I think BF2142 was the best Battlefield of the series and the last innovative and fun game. Bad Company had it's nice destruction system but the console style of gameplay didn't appeal to me.

Overall its a great game, and i am not bored because i keep juggling my games so for instance i am playing BF then change and start playing skyrim then minecraft...rinse and repeat. So i am actually never bored lawl.

I keep switching between games too (and from all platforms except handheld consoles), except there's no good games to switch on (for me). Skyrim feels very MMOesque (empty and grindy) after you finish the main quest and Dark Souls the so called opponent of Skyrim by IGN is very quickly finished if you come from Demon's Souls. Red Orchestra 2 is dissapointing and only mods will save it.

I'm still having great fun in Skyrim, but the only story arc I've finished is the Mage college (80 hours in). Once I finish all the arcs, I am planning on doing a mage playthrough.

I'm also 80 hours in and loving every second of it ... but my Skyrim hype is pretty much over, I think I need to play something else before I go back to it, yesterday I returned to Dark Souls (beat the Four Kings) and I'm now deciding if I should go to the Catacombs or Demon Ruins.
Also I finally took the time to continue playing Rayman Origins, which is really good by the way...

I hope I can buy a monitor with the money I'll receive for Christmas so I can start playing RO2 and BF3 for the PC, the console version is done for me...

I seriously need to play everything I need to play before I start my Masters Degree

Playing these maps and seeing everyone running around randomly and noticing the lack of organization has made me realize how much I miss commander. My favorite parts of Karkand in BF2 was having a good commander and executing an organized assault on the US side. No more

I see packs of 3-4 people running around doing there own thing, I dont see a whole team fighting as one or setting up fronts ect.It makes the game caos and everyone chases there tail lol.

However i dont miss bf2 commander arty at all! that was a whole crock of poop right there.

From what I have played from the 2-3 minutes I have before "EA online" disconnects me they seem win. But sadly no fix as of yet AFAIK.

In Origin, go to Settings and then to In-Game and disable Origin In-Game. That might fix it.

Anything that has to connect to 3 things in australia isnt going to go down well here,hope our interwebs australia upgrade will fix it.

Then again it just bf that does it so it prob EA online severs again.

Im in the same boat as you stevo,i constantly drop out.
