We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
yeah ^ agreed, i love the fact that people can run the game easily, jimyK i wouldn't fret so much, give it a try tomorrow with the public beta i am assuming you would get low but the game will still be awesome then.
Yeah...friggin' quicksand all over the outside area :S
Cripes, I even spawned underground a couple of times. WTH?
You'll most often spawn underground if you spawn on a squadmate who is already stuck/underground. The ground collision in Metro is beyond horrid right now.

I don't get why its like that to be honest, it wasn't there in the Alpha.
Edit; Cool its back.
On topic. Since ultra ain't working, mines running on High with alterations, there are shadows everywhere even when they're on low. Pretty cool.
My main problem is , i can play the game on ULTRA with a resolution of 800x600 and around 34 fps, but to play it on LOW at a 1024x768 res it's unplayable and drops under 20 fps..
This is my system: Asus n51vf
Os: Windows 7 64bit home premium
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9550 2.66GHZ (2 CPU's) ~2.7GHz
RAM: 4gb
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M
Makes no sense and its pissing me off so mutch.. i can play the game on ultra with 800x600, but cannot play it on 1024x768, and i dont freaking care about eye candy, i just want enough resolution to be able to differentiate things from 20 meters ahead.... FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

I can honestly say that's the worst ground collision I've ever seen in any game ever, beta or otherwise, it seriously took the wind out of my sails ......I hate to say it but this game will be a mess for a few patches.......no where near ready, unplayable lag and hit detection issues on servers where I'm pinging under 30....I think it's all server side and the fact that they are trying to run it on the bare minimum of processing power.
I'm at work, beta downloaded and installed on my home PC (i did it remotely). But now I'm wondering if it will be worth it. I guess I can help be an anonymous statistic to help DICE.
It's worth it to at least try Metro out, from both sides, at least once. After that, try to find the password for the Caspian Border servers and then do your best to join one of them because THAT is really what you'll want to be playing.
I still can't believe they didn't make CB the default map for this. And I wonder how their internal testers could have missed these really obvious issues with Metro. It probably wouldn't be so bad if you just stopped clipping into the ground everywhere and having people do it on purpose to exploit it.
Oh, I can already see the 1st week glitches and exploits....
It shouldn't take a lot to build a new pc jimy. After all the research with parts and money I did last month, I figure you could build an 800usd PC and run at steady medium settings... that is, if money isn't an issue.
Yep, i would have a pc already if money was not an issue x). Still, i might be able to pay the ports and get someone to send me a few drivers that they do not use so i wont have to build the whole damn thing,
