Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
You don't get this whole business of selling a product, do you?
Or are you saying, it's their product and if they want to drive their company into the ground by overpricing their games, they can do whatever the hell they want?
I think I completely understand the business of selling products. I think all these biased reviews of a most excellent game like MoH is hurting both EA and DICE. I think if you haven't bought the game you should. If you've already bought the game you should rent it and play it online to boost the stats. Help these guys help you.
You didnt answer my question. I get the feeling you Roos want to wander the outback in ignorant bliss.
Crunch
Well, I can provide some European numbers, while the Roos are doing their walkabout
Black Ops on Steam: €60 = $82 including 25% tax, so $66 without tax. Does the US price include sales tax or whatever you call it?

No, it doesnt. The $60 is before.
Now in the US, if you buy online and the store is not in the state you live, you can get out of taxes. Like buying on Steam is tax free. Buy it at Bestbuy and your state has one, then you get taxes. Amazon somehow charges taxes as well, not sure why they do that.
that's what you get for going single currency. I don't feel so bad about the bad performance of the sterling any more.
Black ops on steam: 39.99 GBP = 64.8953 USD or 47.5417 EUR. That's roughly 12 pints of beer. Not bad for a country that has 20% tax. Imagine if the bankers hadn't ****ed things up, I'd be laughing.
Inflation constantly raises prices of everything, but wages typically go up too. Welcome to the life.
I don't know why so many people are complaining about this.
I can understand why. Games started out at $40 range for years and years and then they went to $50 fo years and years and years. All this before the internet, which lets the masses communicate a WTF that has happened before. Also they see all these games making these billion dollar sales and come to the conclusion of sticking it to the gamer. (which isn entirely true)
And dont get me wrong, some gamers are NOT worth the $$ and I think its up the the individual to decide which is and how much. If enough would do that instead of the herd mentality, publishers would see that more sales were made when the game went onsale than when it was first released. Instead they see this huge spike and then it stables off and then starts the decline, which would seem normal.
Each one of us probably pays more ridiculous prices for other products and never question it. Probably things that are at 1/10th of the price you pay some where else because of the way it's marketed. They stick it in a nicer package, advertise it as being the best and in another country it's considered crap and sold at crap prices.

So they made a terrible game (Yes, I bought it and it's terrible. Why else do you think everyone quit?), overcharged for it, then had paid-for DLC a month after release, and you want to reward them?
I was trolling spiked because he replied to a hypothetical scenario where if people would pay $120 for the game they should charge $120 like it was real. If you didn't realize that was sarcasm then I don't really care if you ignore me. In fact, I wouldn't care anyways.
You've got a call of duty black ops for your avatar which is good. It means I can easily spot it and skip your post entirely.
