Oh yeah, its not impossible, but is it practical? There is a lot of work to be done because of the FB2 engine and them making one specific FB2 engine for each platform. I would think they would still consolidate as much as possible to be able to port other things between the three systems, controls being one of the things ported.

Also the dust in BF2.

Hey if it doesnt take away MP resources,no problem but it will. Its also bluring the lines between BF,BC and cod/moh now.

The cover reaks of BC2 because they put more resources on making the multiplayer.

And so what if it blurs the lines. Almost everything you complained about has already been confirmed as being in the game. It cant be all those games because they are all very different. So are you saying that you just wanted BF2 with better graphics?

And yeah, the BC2 single player wasnt that great, but not any worse than many of the other FPS games out there. To compete on console DICE should add a single player. Thats how it is. Having a co-op mode is going to fulfill the wishes of those that like to play against bots.

So you have a single player to get the feel of the game, a co-op to fool around in, and multiplayer to play for real.

The BC2 multiplayer was pretty fun... I only played through it once, but its a way to get familiar with the game. Why does every complain about the cover art too? I think it's pretty creative and it looks awesome.

Not to mention... we got prone, we got 64 players, we got bigger maps (apparently...), jets... why complain about the box art?

The cover seems to pay homage to BC2, yes it will be frostbite, yes it will feel like Bc2 but with prone:yay:<i have no probs with that.

But the cover should pay homage to bf2 IMO ,loose the bc2 man standing there IMO.

Im not angry at you Rambo, I just dont undestand what you want. BF2 already exists. So what if the graphics arent great, neither is CS:S, but its going to be around after BF3, Im sure. It already has mod tools and mods to go with it. It already has large maps and vehicles.

I dont want BF3 to be like BF2. I own that already. Why would I buy it again? BF2 is broke and has issues at a number of different levels. I would like to see something better than BF2.

And why should BF3 pay homage to BF2? Did BF2 pay homage to Vietnam? Did Vietnam pay homage to 1943? None of them looked like the other. That got me thinking, all the early CoD titles paid homage to the previous one. Rambo, I think you want BF3 to be like CoD! You blasphamer!

Quite frankly I certainly don't want BF2 with better graphics, I want an improved gameplay which means taking the good side of all BF including Bad Company.

I don't know what that was, but if it was like BF2's knifing, I'd still prefer that to lunging.

I'd want bashing with the butt of the gun the most and it not being an insta-kill, but I don't think that'll ever come back. It was much more embarrassing to be bashed to death with something that required two or three hits than a one-hit-kill, heat-seeking knife.

what would be awesome if they kept lunging in the form of gun butt bashing, but takes 2 or 3 hits to kill, and knife as almost insta-kill but you have to pull it out.
